    Hello, I use a license generator on every purchase that I make, how can I validate that license inside the plugin so that only people who have a valid license can support them?

    Hi:

    If you have a custom license generator then you’d need to create/write some custom code to validate the license before the ticket is submitted. You can use the wpas_before_submit_new_ticket_checks filter – see the FAQs on our site where we show you how to limit the number of concurrent open tickets using this filter. You can use the same idea to prevent a user from submitting an invalid license.
