Validate upload max file size

Hi

is there a way of validate the upload max file size?

I′m testing here with a PLUS sized file and i only get a “generic “Error: there were errors on submiting. Please correct them and try again”

How can i get a ” the file you′re trying to send is larger than 2mb…..”
