Validating the Soundcloud shortcode

Hi,
I like this plugin for Soundcloud files. I am trying to validate it.
I am stuck with 1 last error:
& did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.)
I looked in the soundcloud-shortcode.php, but I can’t seem to find where to change that & to &
