Validation bar

    Does anyone know how to get rid of the validation bar (I am referring to that big box which can be yellow or green, depending what kind of message you get).
    I would prefer just plain text, with no background, next to the SUBMIT button. Also, if the above is possible, how can I change font style, size and color for the error message? Is there any custom CSS I can use?
