Validation Code Input field not clickable

I’m trying to login and when I get to the point where it ask for a validation code I’m not able to input the code that is emailed to me. The field is there but it’s not clickable… idea what happened?

I see the white box, where it should have an input… the code is there but it’s not clickable.
