    The validation message in my-account page is not working- which includes billing, shipping address. It doesnt show any error messages. Login page had the same issue used a plugin for login and register which got rectified

    This could be due to a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme.

    Please try deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the problem. You can find a detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.

    If the issue persists, please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
