This could be due to a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme.
Please try deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One. If the issue persists, please share a copy of the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
