  • Hi @loicdelval,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m so sorry about the inconvenience.

There are several reasons why this could be happening:

    1. ?Ensure you have the?Force from Email?option enabled by going to?WP Mail SMTP > Settings?and checking the box labeled?Force From Email?(https://a.supportally.com/86A6pI). This will ensure that your WP Mail SMTP mailer settings override the email settings of other plugins on your site.
    2. Ensure there are no issues with your email server. You can do this by sending a test email to the email address shown when you visit?https://www.mail-tester.com/??Please see here:?https://i.imgur.com/CoZaCaE.png

After sending the test email, please click the button to?Check your score. (https://i.imgur.com/BCeJaq4.png)
    3. Cross-check that the email recipients haven’t placed a filter on their emails that’s stopping your emails from being delivered to their server. You can try directing your contact form submissions to different emails in order to test for this.

    I hope this helps. ??

    Hi @nasanansi,

    Thanks for your reply!

1- The Force from Email option is enabled

2 – The rating from https://www.mail-tester.com/? is not good but I also have bad ratings from other areas that work very well.

3 – I do receive the email on other addresses, but I liked to receive them on the initial email, not on others.

    Hi @loicdelval,

    Thanks for your reply.

If your spam score from mail-tester.com isn’t good, this could be a reason why you are seeing inconsistency in your emails.

Please fix the issues found in the spam report especially the issues regarding DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.

Your emails should begin working then.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks ??
