    Hi Mike,

    When we were developing this plugin we looked at how Gravity Form natively behaves for validation.It provides failure notice and not success messages.

    Having said that, I can see where you are coming from.I must admit that plugin image is bit misleading.And it has been rectified.

    I will have to provide you a JS Hook and you can add your own success validation messages.Will also try and push this feature in future.

    To provide JS Hook , i will have to push a minor update. Let me know if you still need this or can wait for next upgrade.
