Validation not working because of wrong hash

Hello,

I have a pretty strange issue after wp and cf7 update.
So, when I submit a form I have hash in url which looks like this sometimes: #wpcf7-f2811-p2810-o1 And then validation not working.
Sometimes I have hash with o2 at the end, like this #wpcf7-f2811-p2810-o2 for the same form. And then validation working.
Email sending working fine in both cases, like it should, but I don’t see validation error on page (and in code) in the first case.

UPDATE:
Actually, problem is related to the _wpcf7_unit_tag
When I change it’s value from wpcf7-f2811-p2810-o1 to wpcf7-f2811-p2810-o2, everything is ok. Any thoughts why it has wrong value?
