Validation rule for WooCommerce Smart Coupons for guest checkout

    I would like to know if we can add other validation conditions for “For new user only?” is checked in the Smart Coupons extension.

    In the documentation, it says:
    “In the case of guest checkout, the previous orders will be checked based on the billing email address entered by the user.”

    Is it possible to check billing or shipping address also to ensure it is not used multiple times?
