Value in the custom field not shown in the order

  • I added bunch of custom fields to my products, and they are shown on the product. But when I add the product to the cart I can only see the name of the custom field, but the value that I added to that product isn’t shown anywhere in the order.

    What do I need to do to show the values in my order? That is the point of the additional fields, no?

    I’m using the latest WooCommerce

    Hi, I have the same issue,

    The custom field is shown in the product, but not showing on cart review page and in the Checkout page.

    I checked, this options on the field:

    Show on Product Page
    Whether to show this custom field on front end product page. (THIS WORK)
    Show in Product Page X
    Hide in Product Page

    Show on Cart & Checkout
    Whether to show this custom field on Cart & Checkout page. (THIS NOT WORK)
    Show in Cart & Checkout Page X
    Hide in Cart & Checkout Page

    I use the woocommerce Versión 3.0.7 and the Factory field Versión 1.3.8

    For me, the issue was resolved after some time by itself. Maybe it was due to cache or something like that.
