Vantage featured image HUGE at top of post, and in blog list

  • If I choose a photo for Featured Image from my blog post, it shows up very big at the top of my post, and then again in the post, and then again when I click on the blog tab showing my blog posts.

    If I set no image there’s none on the blog list, just text.

    I want a thumbnail on the blog list and no large feature image at the top of the post. How do I do that?? I am a newbie at all this.
