Unfortunately we have inherited this site from a developer who is no longer in business and the client doesn’t know who purchased the plugin…

Thanks for the explanation.

In this case, if the client can find the account under which the plugin was purchased, they can request to be added as collaborators and submit a ticket as @rainfallnixfig explained: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adding-collaborators/.

I’ve spoken to the client and it turns out the plugin was purchased by the original developer who we cannot get in touch with.

Don’t really know what to do from here…
