Variable Out-Of-Stock items not being removed from available list

  • After upgrading to 2.3.3 I am having issues with Variable products.

    All out-of-stock variable items are now showing globally as a possible choice, as long as at least 1 variable is still in stock.

    Tried to take off plugins 1 by 1 … no fix
    Tried to change theme to 2015 theme…no fix

    Only happening on Variable products.

    Update –

    If I uncheck “Hide Out Of Stock Items From The Catalog” , the out-of-stock items will have the appropriate out-of-stock symbol for both variable and single product items. The issue is only happening when that is unchecked.

    ran debug…. nothing to report. Issue still happening.

    Kinda stuck now. Does anybody have any ideas of other possibilities?

    Rolled back to WC 2.2.11 and everything is working again. Waiting on a new update.
