Variable Product – Additional Qty Fees BROKEN!

    Conditional fee rules for “variable products” are not adding the additional quantity product-based fees. I needed to switch to cart-based in order for the additional quantities of each variable product to be counted. I cannot keep it as ‘cart-based’ – must go back to product-based…need help ASAP!
