Variable Product Details

    Up into about 5 months ago when I reviewed orders via the app, I would see the variations of the product ordered. Now I no longer see that info. When I review an order the product variables show blank. Is this a known issue?

    There could be different reasons and we will gladly investigate why the variations are not displayed in orders in your case. For this, please, send us your QR-code to the email [email protected] and copy your request description.
