As long as you have set your images on the individual variations like this:

Then they should change when you select the variation, like this:

I see your example product is not changing when switching variations though. Please send screenshots of your variation settings where you have set the images. Thank you for sending over that screenshot and status report.

Based on the screenshot, I see that you do have an image set for the Vanilla variation. However, when switching to that variation, the image still doesn’t change.

I see that the browser does actually request the image and gets a 200 response, however it just doesn’t display it on the page:

Issues like this are usually caused by conflicts with code in a custom theme or another active plugin on the site. I see that you are using a custom child theme for Storefront, and quite a few plugins.

To check for conflicts, please temporarily switch your theme back to the parent Storefront theme and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, then switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

To avoid affecting your customers, you may want to do this on a test/staging site. If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/
