I’ve set up a test product with 4 fabric-insert variations, in which each variation has a photo associated with it. (The product also has a Product Image).

However, none of the variation photos appears when a potential buyer makes a selection on the pulldown. (Only the main Product Image is displayed, although the SKU # does change during this process).

Is this a problem with WooCommerce or the Storefront theme?

    I’m using:
    WordPress vers. 4.9.1
    WooCommerce vers. 3.2.6
    Storefront vers. 2.2.5

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@jpecsenyicki – that could be a problem with a wrong configuration in WooCommerce.

Did you add the images to the actual variations here?

Otherwise, I see you’re using a lot of custom CSS in a child theme. Could you just try using Storefront without any alterations? Is that still giving issues?

I just changed to the standard Storefront theme & the variation photos are still not loading.

As you can see from this image, the variation photos have indeed been populated with photos of color swatches:

(It’s a little hard to see, but the “Enabled” boxes have also been checked.)

Your suggestion to activate the standard Storefront theme put me on the right track. Because it got me to thinking that maybe one of the installed plugins was interfering with the variations images.

Sure enough, it turns out that the Smart Variations Images plugin (standard version) appears to interfere with WooCommerce’s native image variations display. Image variations work correctly when that plugin is deactivated.

Thank you very much for taking the time to help me.

Great to hear that you found the cause of the problem with the variation images. I don’t think that’s one that Automattic makes/own so there’s not that much that we can do about that.

Our variation photos are no longer displaying. We updated our Woocommerce and WP. We have WP 4.9.5 Woocommerce 3.3.5. I worked fine before and not
I have gone through and deactivated various plugins and still no changes
