Variable Product Keep Showing Out of stock after each purcahse

Thanks for including your system status report! The first thing I notice is that you are running WC Version: 3.9.0. However, it looks like you still need to run the database updates – WC Database Version: 3.8.1.

This is a great place to start troubleshooting. You can manually run the updates in WooCommerce>Status>Tools tab. Click on the option to “Update database”

Note: This tool will update your WooCommerce database to the latest version. Please ensure you make sufficient backups before proceeding.

I can see the inactive plugin “ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce: by Stock Management Labs? – 1.6.6” Was this recently deactivated? Were you using it at some point and inventory was working correctly? Have you cleared your site cache since it was disabled?

I did the updates as you said but the problem still accrued the 27th after I did the database update. ??

About ATUM, I thought maybe that plugin was the problem but deactivating didn’t solve any issues.
Also we did not have any cache plugin installed, but I installed after seeing some review that installing it and clearing the cache might help.

We did new test today and now it seems to be fine again. This issue has been going on and off for a little bit.

Hello,
Still got one error today ??

Yesterday it happened for foreign shipping apparently when we changed the status to in process.

We took out Manage stock and just let in stock, but still got the out of stock alert on two of our items…

Could you contact your host and update the version of PHP to 7.2 or greater? Also, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. Here is a link that better outlines that process:

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
