    Hello Team,

Variable products price is getting rounded at random times.

In the frontend as well as backend product price is showing the rounded price while the related variations are showing the correct price ( Without Rounding )

    Details: https://ibb.co/DQ3FJxY

Note that I not using any caching plugin but I use a multi-currency plugin
and this is happening for variable products only while everything is fine for simple products.

    https://Baytplus.com is this site

    Please advise

    Thank you

    Hey @shoptak,

I took a look at the site but didn’t see the currency change as shown in the screenshot, so I’m not sure if there have already been changes made to the site or if I missed how to change the currency. However, if the issue is still happening, I’d suggest doing a conflict test (ideally on a staging copy of the site) or use something like the free Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to test the conversions and rounding when only WooCommerce is active and a default theme is being used.

    Thank you for your reply

if I modify any of the variable products and hit the update button other variable product’s prices rounded up by themselves as shown: https://ibb.co/DQ3FJxY

Clearing expired transients and woocommerce transients work for a while then at random time prices rounded up again.

    Below an example:

The value of class woocommerce-price-amount amount in the cart is different from single product page price as shown below, the correct one is the variation price in the cart.

    Cart Price: https://ibb.co/Mfw1tmv
    Single Product Price: https://ibb.co/yQwtnVn
    Product URL: https://baytplus.com/product/food-thermos-1004/
    Health check : https://ibb.co/hf7TY9J

I couldn’t execute my scenario using troubleshooting mode since the Multi-currency plugin doesn’t show foreign currency in admin mode.

    Hey @shoptak,

It sounds like there is either a setting in the currency switcher plugin that allows for a different number of decimal places than the default (on the WooCommerce > Settings > General page) or there may be a code conflict or compatibility issue. In either case, I’d suggest contacting the developer of the currency switcher plugin to see if they can provide some insight.

    Hey @shoptak,

Those links are super helpful, thanks!

I’m not sure if any of the site settings are different currently than what is shown in the screenshots, but when I go to the “Product URL” link above, I see different info on the product page on my end. Specifically what shows in this comparison screenshot (where my browser is on the left and the “Single Product Page” screenshot is on the right):

I’m based in the US, but it looks like I only see a single price for the product in LBP. Is the currency switch plugin still deactivated? Or has it been re-enabled?

Thank you @shaunkuschel for your prompt help and support.

Yes thats correct I was in the process of troubleshooting this issue and it seems you looked into my site while multi-currency plugin was enabled at that time.

But by disabling it and clear all the transients woocommerce cache and update woocommerce database prices are correct now without any issue

It seems multi-currency plugin is the root cause of this issue and I hope they can find a solution for it.

I dont know if im allowed to ask this but is there any recommended or compabtible multi-currency plugin that I can use with the latest version of Woocommerce?

    Thank you

    Hey @shoptak,

Glad to hear that you were able to figure out where the issue was coming from. As for a recommendation, I’m not sure which multicurrency plugin you were using already, but there are a number of options here on .org– including a couple that are pretty widely used (20,000+ installs) and updated recently (so they should hopefully be compatible with current versions of WooCommerce).

If you’re looking for a premium plugin to use (that provides support and compatibility with WooCommerce), I’d suggest taking a look at the Multi-currency for WooCommerce plugin on our site.
