variable products

Hey all,

i looking to get some advice regarding variable product issue that im not sure about.
1.first of all im getting weird numbers on my variable products in the report section tab. iv made a screen shoot but how do i add it?
im getting numbers like this: %d7%91%d7%97%d7%99%d7%a8%d7%aa-%d7%a6%d7%91%d7%a2: only on variable products.

more on that- search console define those products as error 503
2.im not sure what causing this, but i guess its due to stock management. im still not 100% understood where should i apply stock management in the entire product or by the variable product tab / or both.
3.like wise whats the different between the two.
