• Good afternoon from Back In Stock Notifier, I would like to know if there is any possibility to make it work in variable products, I have a product that has 3 variations and each one has its quantity and what I wanted was to enable the list when 1 of the variations ended, not all of them just 1, as I now have 10 products within 1 variation, which adding the 3 gives 30, but one of these variations reached zero, so I have 20, the one that is zero that needed to appear on the waiting list .

I would really like to know if it’s possible or if I can somehow change the code to make it work, I was going to purchase extra modules to extract the list in excel but I came across this problem, and based on that I’m going to use the plugin a lot, so I wanted to know if there’s any solution.

I sent the link to the page together so you can understand what is happening.

And I already appreciate that for simple products it works normally.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

We have implemented our plugin based on using the WooCommerce standard API for variations. However, could you please help us by providing?more information about your query with examples so that we will be in a better position to assist you?

    Thanks.

    Hello CodeWooGeek team

Thank you very much for the answer, so what is happening and that I have two attributes that contain 3 mentors to be selected, and I have 9 variations that correspond to 3 each attribute, each variation has its stock and 1 of these has been completely sold and sold out, when I select the variation that sold out, the add to waiting list button or form does not appear, but if it is a simple product, just opening the page it already shows the form to add the waiting list. I tested with box modal and direct form but the option does not appear for variavies products, I use the buddyboss theme that is focused on using learndash online course platforms.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

We’ve tested your given product URL and noticed that there is no variation combination that is out of stock visible on the front end. Have you enabled the option to hide out of stock products from the catalogue in the Woocommerce settings page?

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello CodeWooGeek Support

I’m sorry about the problems with that product, I had to deactivate it and sorry for the response time, I also had to find some alternative ways, but I already put it back in a test product to highlight the problem suffered, when we chose a variation without stock or the form nor does the save up button appear to put the product on the waiting list.
It’s just missing that for me to actually use the plugin completely.

    This is the test product:

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

We suggest you check it out by deactivating all other plugins (temporarily) except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce”, along with switching back to another default theme or storefront (temporarily) to see if the problem persists.Sometimes, the hook we used on our side may have been removed by your current theme or by any other plugin.

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Good morning CodeWooGeek team

I did the test you suggested and when I use the default theme the add to list button appears, I’m using the buddyboss theme with use of learndash for courses, is there anything I can do to get around this and make the plugin functional again?
