Variable products and Out of stock

  • Dear support,

    I noticed that when a product variation is not available due to pending orders, the parent product is shown “out of stock”.

    This is not correct, as other variations are still available.

    Is this a known issue?

    And another question: does the plugin have a performance impact?
    We just launch new products and for the first time the CPU is 100%.

    Can you share some screenshots of the settings and product setup? This has been tested in the past but it’s always possible recent changes to WooCommerce (or other plugin conflicts) could have introduced a problem.

    There would certainly be a performance impact by using this, but it should not be excessive. The plugin will cache the virtual stock quantity so it only has to be calculated once per session.
