    Hello,

    I’m using the free version of the plugin.

    All the customers with wholesale role/price, that enter on a variable product, can stil see the regular price, how can i hide the regular price on variable products?

      I went to the plugin settings and i’ve selected this option:
      Hide retail price instead of showing a crossed out price if a wholesale price is present.

      On simple products it’s working fine, but on variable products the regular price it’s still there, and i need it to stay hidden or replaced by wholesale price..

      Can you please help me?

      Thanks in advance,
      Ricardo

    Hi Ricardo,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The hide retail price feature should work on both the variable products and the simple products. Usually, if the retail price is still shown it means that the product doesn’t have a wholesale price.

    Could you please double check if the product variation has a wholesale price set? For reference please visit here: https://snipboard.io/xlXnWk.jpg?

    Let me know how it goes.

    Cheers,
    Jeff

    There is definitely an issue on variable products. I have disable your plugin, to even edit the pricing on a variable product.

    hi @capi73,

    There’s a chance our wholesale prices is having a conflict with one of the plugins installed on your website. Could you please try disabling other plugins leaving only the core plugins ( Wholesale Prices and Woocommerce) and see if it fixes your issue?

    If it’s working without any issues, try enabling the other plugins to determine what plugin is causing the conflict.

    Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello @superlemon1998

    Thank you for getting back. Yes the product variation has a wholesale price set. I’ve double checked on wp backend.

    BACKEND

    I need for the top price to be hidden, or replaced by the wholesale price.

    BTW i’m using this plugin to make discounts on quantity:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-dynamic-pricing-for-woocommerce/

    is your plugin 100% compatible with it?

    Thanks,

    Hi Ricardo,

    Thanks for the extra information.

    Normally the retail price would be just above the wholesale price, judging by the screenshot you’ve given, it’s likely already hiding the retail price.
    https://snipboard.io/opvkJS.jpg

    Please try temporarily disable the hide retail price feature and see if it shows another retail price, if it does then it’s working as intended and the retail price(on the screenshot) is coming from something else.

    Regarding this https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-dynamic-pricing-for-woocommerce/, not sure if it’s 100% compatible as we have a similar feature on our premium version of Wholesale Prices. Also, I don’t think the hooks will cause any problems.

    Please try the following:
    1) Temporarily change themes, a clean theme without any snippets or custom code
    2) Temporarily disable other plugins except for the core plugins and see if there’s any conflict. Then, enable other plugins to determine what plugin is causing the issue.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back.

    I need to give you a little update on this, i guess the screenshot i’ve sent you before was from another type of user role, and for that type it was correct, i’m sorry for my mistake.

    So let’s start again from scratch, What i need it’s to display only the wholesale price.

    In red text on the screenshot below it’s the wholesale price, but next to it it’s the regular price with a strikethrough, is it possible to display only the wholesale price? i dont need to show regular price, for wholesale user accounts.

    BTW in the plugin options i’ve selected the Hide Retail Price, but it’s not working, it’s still showing it.

    But this only happens with variable products, on simple products it’s hiding the regular price has it’s supposed to.

    Hi @capi73,

    Could you please try adding this CSS to your website? It should hide the retail price for only wholesale customers.

    .price del{
    display:none;
    }

    Let me know how it goes.

    Hello,

    You answered to another user, but i guess you were trying to answer me (sl2022).

    That css works, but it also hides the regular price for all the products, even on the ones without a wholesale price.

    I just need to hide regular price for this specifically user role:AAA – Cliente 50%+Quant.

    Thanks,

    Hi @sl2022,

    Please try this CSS instead, it should only apply to products that have wholesale prices.

    .original-computed-price {
    font-size:0;
    }

    Let me know how it goes.

    Do you want a admin account to enter my site?
    If yes, how can i send you that sensitive data in a safe way?

    Thanks,

    Hi Jeff

    Sorry for the late reply. I have narrowed it down to a conflict with the Yith Themes Pre-order plugin. The error I get in the admin panel is:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘join’)
    in the wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-wholesale-prices/js/backend/wwp-percentage-wholesale-pricing-on-product-level.js?ver=2.1.4 file.
    I am not sure if that would be of help?
