    Hey @amyrabbit,

Thanks for using neve and reaching out!

Could you please provide the URL to your site where this error is occurring so we can look closely at it?

Thank you and have a fantastic day!

    Here it is: https://thecaterers.co.nz/staging/shop/

If you can seee the product Cosy Dog Cave, it should look like the same product here https://www.cosypooch.co.nz/shop/

But it appears that all variations and attributes got stripped from the poduct for some reason.

    Cheers,
    Amy

    Hi @amyrabbit,

That’s strange. To debug this issue, would you please activate the default WordPress theme and check how it goes? If you face the same issue again, it might be occurring due to a plugin conflict attempt to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Let me know how it goes.

It’s not a plugin conflict because I deactivated all my plugins (except Woocommerce) before installing the theme and starter content. I just tested it again by deactivating all my plugins and still got the same result.

I tested with a twenty fourteen theme and the products are unaffected. I then tested just using the Neve theme and the products are still unaffected. It seems that it’s the import of the starter site content that affects my products. I think the Woocommerce plugin. How can I install the data minus that plugin?

    Hey @amyrabbit,

I check the Cosy Dog Cave product through your website link and it looks the same as on this link that you have provided: https://www.cosypooch.co.nz/shop/

All the attributes look exactly the same as the second link :Your site

    Second website

So, Have you managed to solve this issue or this is still happening?

    Please let us know.

    Have a great day!

    Thank you.
