Variable Products Lowest Price

  • Hi, in variable product (single product page), there is a way to show the Lowest Price only when a variation is selected.
    The plugin seems to show the lowest price of all variation before a variation is selected…in my opinion, this makes no sense, and also risks confusing the customer.

    Thanks for this tool as open source.

    this is good point. what do you think it should display in that case? no lowest price before selection of the variation or the range (like “lowest price in last 30 days was 10-20 USD depending on variation”)?

    The best choice I think is to show the “Lowest price” only after chose the variation.
    Showing it first, can confuse the customer, in my opinion.

    Do you think is possible make this change in your plugin?

    I think I will make it configurable in case some countries regulations require to display it differently but you suggestion will be included.
