    “please select some product options before adding this product to your cart”

    My variable products “add to cart” button has been broken since the last update, six days ago. All simple products work without issue. Once I disable this plugin the variable products work without issue.

    When can I expect this issue to be resolved? I don’t even see potential workarounds. I’m not the only one seeing this.

    Hello there!

    Oh, that’s an odd issue. I’ve tested this on my end using the latest version of WooCommerce Core, WooPayment and using the Storefront theme and couldn’t replicate this issue.

    The problem you’re seeing is likely caused by a code conflict.

    My first recommendation would be to enable the?Twenty Twenty-Two Theme, then test if that fixes it. If this fixes the issue, it’s apparent the problem is caused by the theme. Otherwise, with the 2022 theme still active disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooPayments to see if this resolves the problem.

    If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    I have this same issue, reached out to support was completely ignored. Seen other having the same issue with no help from support as well. I have deactivate the plug-in because it doesn’t work and breaks my site. I’d love a fix and a reply to my numerous requests for help before I completely abandon it and move on.

    I have also opened a conversation on this very issue with no fix. It’s very frustrating to reach out for help and find there is no one really willing to help.

    This is a recorded bug that primarily impacts stores using the Flatsome theme.

    For the time being, please revert to version 6.1.1 until a fix is released. Here’s a direct download link.
