Variable products problem

Over the past few weeks all my variable products are showing This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

If I go in to a variable product and choose variations it shows the number of variations but not the variations them selves so I can’t edit them or check.

I can create a new product fine with variations and it works how it should

I have disabled all plugins apart from woocommerce and changed the default theme to twenty fourteen

I have enabled debug but nothing gets written when I press the variable button.

If I try to clone the product I get the following

Products were added with the plugin front end shop manager by the end user
