    Hi, I am facing a very weird issue, where all my variable products are randomly switching to simple products, both in the back end and the front end. Usually clearing my server cache, or clearing the transients cache will fix the issue, but not permanently as it keeps on happening. Can anyone help with this issue?

    Is there an email I can send the system report to? I’d rather send it there than on the support forum as I don’t want the site URL displayed publicly at this present time.

    This is indeed unusual. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    If the issue continues, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support. You can remove information like website URLs.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
