variable products without price & notification

    I have multipile variable products (4 attributes), some of them have regular prices and some do not. Those who do not have the prices yet could be ordered by a notification send me. The notification should include the variation information that the customer has chosen.

    How should I do this? When the price field is empty/zero (how do I do this?) or the inventory in 0, there should be a button or something where the customer could send his notification/email to me (which includes the choises he has made).

    Hi there,

    In order to display a product variation on your store with WooCommerce, a price should be set. I.e: Regular Price is required.

    It is possible to allow your users to request a quote for products without displaying the price with the help of an extension/plugin.

    There are several options available and I would suggest reaching for a plugin with this feature. I would recommend the Request a Quote for WooCommerce extension that allows you to hide prices and replace the “add to cart” button with the quote button. This way you will receive an email notification when a customer is interested in your product without displaying the price.
