Variable Select field for counties by state

Greetings,

I’d like to use WP-members, but I’m looking for a way to provide the county field as a dropdown. However, I’d like the user to select a state, and that would populate the county list for the selected state. I’m not seeing that action in WP-members, and I wonder if others have done something similar?
