I have a variable called ” Length”. It has 2 options “15mm” and “18mm” . When I set the attribute type to “select” (which is the drop down feature), rather than showing “15mm” and “18mm” as the options, it says “IN STOCK” as the two options.

I currently have the attribute type set to “Label” because the options appear fine, but my preference is to have the “select” (drop down).

I’ve tried everything to fix this – added variable photos, added stock numbers, removed other plugins … Nothing is working.

    Please help!

    Hi @chynee

    Thanks for reaching out.

Can you let me know where you’re setting the attribute type at? The reason I ask is because this option is not added in WooCommerce Core, so I’m thinking it’s either added by a plugin or possibly your theme. If you could send us a screenshot, that would be helpful. Also, can you send a screenshot of the “In Stock” when you have it set to the dropdown option?

You can use https://snipboard.io/ to send screenshots here. You’ll just drag and drop the image into the window, and it will generate a URL to paste into this thread.

Thanks and looking forward to your reply.

    Hey @chynee,

I compared the screenshot provided to my own test site with only Storefront and WooCommerce active and it looks as though Type has been added by a plugin as it does not exist in core WooCommerce: https://d.pr/i/7njecv

I recommend going through your plugin list to see what may be adding that setting.

    Cheers!
