    I am currently discussing with a customer whether the plugin could be used for this purpose. My customer is a company that offers VR games (similar to escape rooms)

    Here is the request from the customer whether this would be possible with your plugin, unfortunately I haven’t found anything about it yet.

    Is it also possible to create a link to the number of people, so that if I select game 1 up to 4 people, for example, 45 minutes of windows are displayed and if the number of people is greater than four, 80 minutes of windows and greater than 120 minutes of windows?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your question.

    You can create multiple services for varying group sizes: for example 1-4, 1-6, 1-8 etc. For each service set corresponding Minimum booking count per time slot and Maximum booking count per time. Adjust the Duration parameter based on the maximum booking.

    If the available equipment is limited (e.g., only 20 kits), you can use the following option:

    SETTINGS – Booking rules – Advanced settings – Maximum number of bookings at specific time.
