Variables in url for a toogle switch

You can set the toggle switch’s default value using a {get:*} magic tag to represent the URL variable. See: https://calderaforms.com/doc/using-magic-tags-caldera-forms/

I have this toggle:

which present different type of a distance adoption, if you choose the first I also have a conditional additional question.

As you suggested I added a default value:

with a get parameter which I should call with an url like this:
https://www.site.it/page?sad=totale

But:
– the new field is not valorized with the value
– in case it would, I think it wouldn’t trigger the conditional field for the first option
– in any case, I have an empty option in the toggle: https://imgur.com/jjKYHWe

I already use magic get tag with url parameters, but I just don’t know how to do this with an option list… Can you help me?

That is great, it is exactly what I needed. But it seems to not working….

I added a {get:sad} default value for my toggle default (the new field)

Passing the variable via the url (www.site.it/page/?sad=1) it works for the text input, but not for the variable:

You’re right. That isn’t working. Thanks for pointing out this bug, I just fixed it. See: https://github.com/CalderaWP/Caldera-Forms/issues/1676
