Variant Modification

    Observation: I need to add a new color variant to some designs I’ve already uploaded via the Printful dashboard. So I click to Add Variants, select the color, add the image, and when I get to the Mockups selection page I only see options with the new color that I’m adding with an image pre-selected. If I continue, add pricing, and submit to store the initial mockup image has been changed to this new one. The same happens to each design I add the color variant to changing the initial mockup each item. The only way to fix this is to go into Woocommerce and change the product image. Be cool if you got the same mockup selection options from the initial upload.

    Observation: None of the product images uploaded from Printful have ALT tags assigned. Be nice if this could be handled within the Printful dashboard during upload.

    Scratch that! When you go in to change the product image in Woocommerce it removes it from the gallery. So when I try to view the product in the Woocommerce front-end it’s not there. So basically I have to delete and re-submit each of the designs.

    Thank you for reaching out, we appreciate your feedback!
    What you can do to push new mockups, or change existing mockups for the product listing, is go to your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync > Edit the product, select all variants on the left and click on “change print file”, then proceed to confirm the print file and choose new mockups.

    When that is done, I also suggest refreshing your store data in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync by clicking on “Refresh data” in the upper right.
