How do you show variable products as being in stock on the FB feed? All items with a variant, show up as sold out. Am using the printful integration for prints and filled in the STOCK amount to 999, that didn’t work. Then tried not managing the stock by unticking stock management in the inventory section. Facebook keeps showing Variant 1 and Quantity to Sell as 0. I’ve also selected a default variant size hoping that would show, but it doesn’t.

I have taken screen snips, but not sure how to display them here.. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help!

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I am not entirely sure I understand your question but when you use these field mappings than our plugin will definitely show the correct availability values:

So make sure to set the availability values on your product edit pages for variations too, like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xb9mp7r1eq6ou25/availability-2-variation.png?dl=0

    Hope this helps?

You guys are a GIFT, thank you. Your second link is where I had the issue. In Printful, one needs to select under variant and “tick” MANAGE STOCK and then fill in an amount (999) in the Stock Quantity section. I had no idea that was even in there! So thanks, all is good, I greatly appreciate your help, had combed so many forum posts trying to find out why this was happening and what I was doing wrong.

Where can I make a contribution to you folks. I’m an artist (painter) and don’t use this for multiple sites as many do, but I would like to help in some way for your awesome product.
