In my site I have added multiple attributes for the product. But after I update the product the attributes are getting automatically vanished. Can you please check and give me a solution for that? I really need to get rid of this issue.

    Hello @rainfallnixfig,

Yes the thing was when I came here for my issue, that was different like My first issue was when I create the variations automatically the variations were vanished. Then you guys gave the suggestions to update the Woocommerce. Then I have updated the Wooocommerce plugin and that variation vanishing was fixed. But this Woocommerce hook issue has been raised. That’s why I am here to get solution from you guys.

    Hi @pranay003

As you mentioned that the variation vanishing issue has been fixed now I’m marking this thread as resolved.

    Hello,
When I updated the woocommerce plugin on my dev site the attribute vanishing issue was fixed. But when same thing when I did with my live site that doesn’t work. Can you please look into this?

    Hi @pranay003,

Can you make sure you cleared the cache from your WP Rocket plugin on the live site as well? Sometimes, deactivating the plugin is not enough, you’d need to purge the cache as explained here: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/53-clear-wp-rocket-cache.

If the issue persists, kindly share a copy of your system status for the live site and any WooCommerce error logs:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).

    Thanks!
