Variation ID Missing on Order Detail After Migration

Hello,

we recently migrated from Ubercart to Woocommerce and due to variation ID not being present on Ubercart all we have in the under the items the parent SKU and variation name as such:

SKU: exampleparentsku
booktype: Ebook (PDF, Mobi, and ePub)

This makes using the regenerate permissions function of woocommerce unusable as well as the two plugins which allow you to bulk regenerate downloadable file permissions.

Has anyone else had this and were you able to address it? We have too many orders to use the downloadable product permissions search box in the order detail.
