Variation Image Size Problem In LightBox

Hi,

My plugin just gets what the theme/site already provides I do no image manipulation. Maybe you will have to check with your theme options maybe you changed something there.
But I grantee 100% that this as no relation to my plugin. Keep in mind that by default WooCommerce always loads the single product size and not the full size.

You should try to regenerate the images.

I wish that was the case, being as simple as changing a setting. I did not change any settings (I only test one change at a time). I did regenerate all images and this did not help.
Yes, I understand that WooCommerce loads the single product size on the product page, but not once you click to open the lightbox. The variation images used to load in the lightbox in full size before I installed your plugin and now only the gallery images show in full size.

The only “fix” I have found is that I now have to add each variation image to the gallery, which I didn’t wish to do as it looks messy.

Are there any other suggestions you may have please? I’m wondering, how did you resolve the other person’s problem that I linked to above (since that person had the same issue)?

Hi,

The previous issue was related to my plugin and it’s ligthbox. I was not getting the original image size.

Let me re-enforce that my plugin does not change images I use what you provide.

My advise will go to debugging, turn off all plugin expect woocommerce and check if it’s solved, from there try to find which plugin is changing the images.
You can also try changing the theme temporarily to see if you are having the same results.
In final case you should re-check that you have uplaoded the original images and that those image sizes are in fact bigger.

Thank you, I’ve checked the image sizes and they are the big ones. I’ll try your other suggestions tomorrow and will let you know.

I changed the theme twice and it only happened with my theme, Avada. I ended increasing the single product size another 100px and then regenerating the images again. This time it worked. The full size image shows instead of the 300px image that showed before. It doesn’t make sense but hopefully this may help someone with the same issue.
