    Hi,

    I keep replacing the variation image with one of my own but the image continuously updates to the original.

    How do I stop Variation Images from updating?

    How do you replace the variation image? Do you use this plugin: WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches, there is an option to display own images instead of variation images for products, you can see this image: https://prnt.sc/uaqoe2

    Hi @mivtt,

    I don’t really want swatches as each of the variations are very similar in looks. I just want the main image to change when a dropdown is selected.I am just using the variable products options in woocommerce products.

    Hi,

    If you replace variation images of an ali imported product in WooCommerce product edit page, the image must be changed normally. I replaced my own image and that change still be kept as usual. Please try to clear all caches and check again.

    In addition, if you don’t want to get available variation images on aliexpress, in the Import List / Variations / uncheck “Default variation”, like this: https://prnt.sc/uasicg
