variation in popup

Hello. I need to do variation in popup. Category page have choice of variation, and page product too.
I wanted in popup show variation with help php, when changing variation, with help jquery del product in popup, find in page category, and add produc in popup with necessary again. But i can’t understand when plugins product key bound with productid. Please tell me how to implement my idea or others idea.
