variation issue after recent update

When I click on variation the cursor keeps showing the loading circle animation but never loads variation.

The endless spinning usually indicates a conflict, either from your theme or another plugin.

With that said, I would recommend you temporarily switch to another theme, like Storefront, and disable all your plugins except for WooCommerce core, to see if that resolves the issue.

If it does, please re-enable your features until it breaks again, and then contact the author of the conflicting plugin.

Hello,

I noticed that this problem only occurs on my home pc and not on my work pc. That makes me wonder if WordPress/ woocommerce require external software such as adobe flash etc to fully function? The home pc is new and i did not install softwares on it since i fear it will slow down the pc.

No, WooCommerce and WordPress don’t require any external software to run and should operate with any modern, updated browser.

Can you try it on a different browser on your home PC to make sure it’s not an issue with a particular browser?

You can also access the browser’s console to see if any errors are appearing there. This guide shows how to check for JavaScript errors in different browsers

it’s working on the home pc now. There have been few plugin that were updated so not sure if that fixed it but things are working for now. Thanks for your help.
