  • Hi 4fun1993,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I checked, and everything appears to be working perfectly. However, the issue you have described is not entirely clear to us. Could you please provide a screencast video of the problem? This will help us better understand the situation and provide an accurate solution.

In the meantime, please run a full conflict test to identify any potential conflicts. Follow these steps:

    1. Clear Cache: Clear any caching, including browser cache, server cache, and plugin cache (if using any caching plugins).
    2. Switch to a Default Theme: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty Two.
    3. Deactivate All Plugins: Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor, and ShopEngine plugins.
    4. Reactivate Plugins One by One: Reactivate each plugin one at a time and check if the issue reoccurs. This will help identify if another plugin is causing the conflict.
    5. Check the Issue: After completing these steps, check if the issue persists.

The problem might be related to a caching or optimization plugin, but the conflict test will help confirm this, especially in relation to the ShopEngine plugin.

Please let us know if you need further assistance. We’re here to help!

    Regards

i hope shopengine adds some features for swatches module so no more users will ever need using a third party plugin for it in first place
i would like to offer these features that can give a big advantage on this matter ,

1 (very important feature) : automatically replace variation buttons with variation images (if product variation has an image)
    https://ps.w.org/woo-variation-swatches/assets/preview-03.webm?ver=2.1.2
2 : Show single attribute variation image based on first attribute select on product page
    https://ps.w.org/woo-variation-swatches/assets/preview-13.webm?ver=2.1.2
    3 : add some styles and customization ( attribute image size / color / border & … )

its like missing pieces of a great puzzle , hope shopengine works on this very soon and make this plugin even greater , thank you for your effort
