Variation options all jumbled in confirmation of orders

I used to love how the chosen variations were listed individually on the confirmation of the order – easy to read for the customer and the seller to determine their exact sizes, colours, choices etc.

Now they just come through as a jumble mixed up with the title of the product – please can you look to rectify this back to how it was prior to update to 3.0
