Variation order in product

  • Hi, I have a product containing a hundred variation lines. I started with 50 and later on I had to expend to a hundred. Sorting the variations succeeds, but when I open the variations, the whole sorting is messed up again. Now I have in my variation 2x nr. 1, 2x nr. 2 etc. and no idea how that is possible.

    First I started entering a number line at the end of each line. Later on I dragged the line to the wanted position, but both methods do not keep the sorting after opening any line.

    Does anyone have any idea how I can prevent double numbers..?
