Variation order SKU incorect on 2nd language

  • We have an issue with the SKU of variations displayed on the WordPress admin edit order page. Orders from the primary languages display the correct SKU on the edit order page. Orders from another language however don’t display the variation SKU but the parent product SKU.

    For example we have the following product(s):

    T-Shirt (variation product, SKU = TSHIRT)

    • Variation M (SKU – TSHIRT-M)
    • Variation L (SKU = TSHIRT-L)
    • Variation XL (SKU = TSHIRT-XL)

    If we order an L T-shirt on the primary language website we see the SKU ‘TSHIRT-L’ in the order details. If we order the same L T-shirt on the second language website it wil however display the SKU of the parent product ‘TSHIRT’.

    We had a look at the code but couldn’t find out where to fix this. Maybe the developers of this plugin know how to fix it?
