Hi there, for some reason the variation price range is including out of stock options. Anyway to make it show only in stock options?

FYI: Hide out of stock items from the catalogue is enabled.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @gmoney9

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the product variation price range is currently including out of stock options, and you’d prefer to only show in-stock options.

While WooCommerce does provide an option to hide out-of-stock items from the catalog, this setting doesn’t directly affect the price range displayed for variable products.

The price range for a variable product is calculated based on the lowest and highest price among all variations, regardless of their stock status. This is the default behavior of WooCommerce and, unfortunately, there’s no built-in option to change this.

This is a bit of a complicated topic that would need some customization to address. Unfortunately, custom coding is not something we can assist with directly. However, I’ll keep this thread open for a bit to see if anyone from the community can lend a hand.

If you have any other questions related to development or custom coding, don’t hesitate to reach out to some of the great resources we have available for support. The WooCommerce community is filled with talented open-source developers, and many of them are active on the channels listed below:

    Hope this helps!
