• Resolved dubloons

    (@dubloons)

WooCommerce shows my variation product prices as a range on both the category page and product page (before a variation is selected). This works even for traditional sale products. However, when the product is affected by a price rule from this plugin, the prices shown are reduced to a single price.

I would like to match the look of WooCommerce like so:

    $96.53 – $308.00
    $77.22 – $246.40

    Can you please help?

    Hey

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Sangeetha from Customer Support Team.

By default, product prices will appear as a range for items with discounts applied through our plugin, similar to how WooCommerce handles pricing. It’s possible that the price display is influenced by customizations or specific settings within your theme.

To ensure we can assist you promptly, we kindly ask if you could please open a support ticket at?https://www.flycart.org/support?and provide us with the details mentioned above.

This will greatly aid our support engineers in promptly and efficiently resolving your issue. We are eager to help you with this matter.

    Thanks
    Team Flycart
