• I have purchased the Woocommerce product variations swatches premium so that I could easily add images to variations for certain products. However, not all of my products require this feature.

So for example, I sell children’s clothing and I have the option to shop via print – customer will select their print and then the variations will show clothing type and sizes available to purchase.
Another option I offer is customers choose which clothing type they would like and then the variations show size and print that they can order in. I purchased the plug-in so that the print selections will change the image shown on selection.

All was working fine when I first set this plug-in up how I wished for it to work. However, when I go onto the first example I used, the shop by print option, the variations do not show for customers to select.

Hope that all makes sense and that someone may be able to help me. I have tried finding something in the settings of the plug-in, but can’t seem to find anything to stop the plug-in affecting these products.

  • Which plugin are you using? If it’s a premium plugin, the best place to get support is likely the plugin’s support page, if the developer has one.

Hi @artemiosans unfortunately I didn’t make an account with them when I purchased the plug-in and the site won’t let me request support without having the purchased linked to an account.
