Variation swatches and not changing price

I use variation swatches pro plugin and prices are not changed for variation

but i think i will manage to overcome it if just give me a hint How can i get the lowest price in functions.php for a specific id

$lowest_price_log = apply_filters( ‘iworks_omnibus_wc_get_lowest_price’, array(), $product );

this is returning me a array not one lowest price?
